The world has move from analog to digital era, the implementation of paperless policy initiatives within Nigeria's civil service system is a welcome development; seeking to modernize administrative processes to join the global communities as government worldwide transit from traditional paper-based systems to an era of digitalization in providing e-governance service delivery, digital document management systems, and electronic service mechanism in enhancing administration, create efficiency, transparency, and citizen service delivery.
